Tim comes to RDstudio with a diverse architectural background which includes multi-family developments, ranging from traditional townhomes, clubhouse / marketing centers, mixed-use village flats, and high-density urban infill projects, and continuing into Movie-Theaters, Food Retail, Hospitality / Restaurants, Specialty Retail and Retail Centers delivering on solutions that connect consumers and outperform the competition. During time away from a traditional architectural practice, Tim has assisted in planning, programming, and utilization analysis of current and future space needs for The University of Memphis, and provided post-disaster housing inspection services through FEMA awarded contracts.
During his free time, Tim enjoys hitting the road for destination unknown; but more often than not finds himself enjoying what nature has to offer, snorkeling or kayaking the meandering springs of Florida.
